DEPOSIT

On confirmation of availability, a deposit of $50 is required per room to secure the reservation. Should the reservation be for 3 nights or more, the first nights payment of the room rate is required as deposit. Payments can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cheque or money order (only if sent 14 days prior to booking date and the first night payment in full).  In the interests of security, we suggest that you contact us by telephone with your card details. This will enable us to make personal contact with you and allow us the opportunity of confirming late arrival time or answer any queries about our establishment.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will incur a $10 administration charge.

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date: full refund of deposit charge or transfer to alternate dates, subject to availability.
  • Less than 21 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund of deposit.
  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable
  • Less than 24 hours prior to arrival date (including Late Booking and Non-Arrival ): the deposit is non-refundable and full payment will be charged.

In the event that Beaufort House deem the circumstances extenuating, the deposit will remain current for 12 months and efforts will be made to assist and consideration given to transferring to alternate dates, subject to availability.


PAYMENT FOR HIGH SEASON
Long weekends, Adelong Antique Fair, Christmas in July, Christmas, and New Year bookings are payable in full 30 days prior to arrival.

PET BOND

The motel rooms are pet friendly on the decretion of managment.   Suitable for small dog owners only. 

A Pet Bond is required of $100 on reservation/confirmation of the room (via credit card only) and is fully refundable on inspection of the room prior to check out.  Managment reserve the right to retain the bond and/or debit the card holder with  additional charges should the room require maintance and additional cleaning.   Note that if the room is left in a manner that it is unable to be serviced on the same day, additional daily room rates will apply until it is suitable for occupancy.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Our establishment has a strict non-smoking policy.  Outdoor areas are allocated for smokers.  Should this be ignored, we reserve the right to charge additional daily room rates for up to 72 hours for each room in question throughout the establishment  until it is suitable for further occupancy.

CORPORATE CANCELLATION POLICY
For bookings of more than 3 nights and/or 5 rooms, the corporate cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date: full refund of deposit charge or transfer to alternate dates, (subject to availability), or no invoiced charges apply.
  • Less than 21 days prior to arrival date: full payment will be charged for 1 night accommodation at the confirmed corporate rate per room.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to arrival date (including Late Booking and Non-Arrival ): 50% of the full payment of booked services will apply for the entire reservation as per written and accepted confirmation.
